Idaho Winter Engagement: Thomas & Rebecca

They met in a video game. This isn't the first time I've heard this story, but I love Thomas and Rebecca's version - it's better. The game is called League of Legends, and if you don't know what that is, it's one of the most popular in the world, a game that professionals make millions of dollars a year playing. Pretty crazy hu? Anyway, when Rebecca joined Thomas' group he initially had some colorful language to go along with that, but the toned down version is he basically asked "who is this?". Now before every match their group would often talk via Skype, and so Thomas was attracted "right away". He couldn't do much about it though, as Rebecca had a boyfriend of several years at the time.

Coeur d'Alene Wedding Photographers: Eddie & Bryona's Winter Wedding

Eddie & Bryona are two amazing people. People I have come to really enjoy, people I have really liked getting to know. Their smiles are genuine and kind, they are smart and thoughtful, and they love each other. It's obvious in the way they treat each other, in how they look at each other. It's obvious in how Eddie looked at Bryona at their first look, or even when she came down the aisle. This is a man who loves his woman, and will bend over backwards for her. Bryona is everything, kind and well spoken, friendly, and absolutely beautiful. These two had an incredible winter wedding, one that I absolutely loved to photograph.

Coeur d'Alene Resort Christmas Wedding: Andrew & Niki

Before you do anything, make sure to check out their Photo Story. Their vows are some of the best I've ever heard.

Andrew & Niki had an incredible wedding, with some gorgeous details. I loved Niki's dress (one of my favorites of the year) and her flowers, their rings were also beautiful, and the colors they used complimented the Christmas season so well. Everything was beautiful. That said, I'm sorry about the abnormal number of photos of Niki and her dress, I just couldn't cut them down enough (although I did cut out a good 20 other photos I wanted to put in). She was beautiful. Their wedding had some amazing moments, and I am so pumped I get to share with you the time Andrew saw Niki coming down the aisle, or all the great candids of their many friends as they danced the night away. What a fun wedding.

Spokane Club Engagement: Axton & Shauna

Axton and Shauna presented me with a challenge. Get some great photos inside (so we didn't need to go out in the cold), without it being obvious we were near the Christmas season. That is naturally quite a challenge, inside is always a challenge (especially for variety) and the light quality inside is never the thing i'm super pumped about. That said, I loved their engagement session.

Coeur d'Alene Christmas Engagement: Nick & Caroline

Nick and Caroline met at a wedding I photographed a couple years ago. Well, that wasn't technically their first meeting, but it was close. They hit it off quick, but because Nick wasn't living in country, he didn't think anything would come of it. Well, after it was time to head back (to Spain, if I remember correctly) all he could do was think about Caroline (and Caroline him). So they would talk - all. the. time. It would only be a month or so when Caroline would agree to head out to Spain and see what the world (and this amazing guy) had to offer.
